I was wildly challenged in college (haha) and some of the achievements were monumental but I was DEFINITELY burnt out at the end. And I kind of thought that that was how life was. The harder you push, the greater the rewards. But this interesting list seems to challenge that. Reality (as in living and working in the real world) seems to agree with this list too.
I suppose Socrates was right about moderation...
